I am not a vegetarian, but I loved it! The food was testy, everything was natural to me, even if it was not a real meat.
It is just one of the best restaurants I ever been to here in Bay Area. Design is nice as well, and service. -

Place is absolutely delicious. Everything I've ever had from here is fantastic. I only give 3 stars because although the people are kind the prices shouldn't change everyday lol. I am an entrepreneur so I keep all of my receipts whether I'm grocery shopping for clients or writing off a lunch I get for myself. I checked them and all of my prices are different .... but my order never changed. Hahah I'm not sure if it's just like a lottery or random selection with blindfold but menu items the same in price shouldn't have different sales taxes and or fees.
One thing that determines a restaurants value for me is consistency. They have consistently great food but one day your food could be $13 the next be $16 lol pay attention. I still LOVE them and the place, but I have to take a break so I can save up to purchase my mystery price lunch and a la carte rice. -

Overall: one of the better veggie restaurant in SJ
W
Cabbage salad: standard cabbage salad. But good texture and crunch.
Mango salad: for some reason this one wasn't popular with the family. But tasted decent. Mango was a bit soft. Would be good if with green mango.
Mushroom salad: good flavors and textures.
Cha gio re (egg rolls with white wraps): very good flavor. One of the best egg roll I've had. With taro and mung bean that u can taste.
Salt and pepper oyster mushroom: kind of heavy batter. But it was so good my daughter who never eat a bite of mushroom actually liked it.
Salted fish fried rice: looks so simple but it tasted so good. I took the left overs home and ate with some kimchi. So delicious. Fried rices with tiny chunk a of tofu and soy meat.
Crispy chow mein: decent. Like many places.
Yellow curry: good flavor. All veggies with tofu. They should have an option for meat substitute
Shaken beef (bo luc lac): my sister liked it. It had good flavor but I preferred mine crunchy with some vinegar onions.
Chili lemongrass chicken: had some spiciness but good amount of lemongrass.
Fish in clay pot: good textured soy and good flavors.
Taro dessert: 4.5 stars. Very light and flavorful. Taro ball in a vanilla gel/syrup with lotus seed. -

Amazing ambience and soo good food. This was my first time here and ambience got me. Hands down! The most loveliest ambience in the Bay Area! I cannot say which I loved the most: their staff, the ambience or the food. Overall a peaceful vibe and yummy food! They take great care in serving the customers which I liked so much. Tried fried avocado, Thai fried rice and crispy chowmein with veggies. 5/5, 3/5 and 4/5 respectively. Can't wait to go back and take some amazing pictures this time! ;)

I'm a full time carnivore, but I am in love with this vegetarian spot. If I lived closer, I would become a vegetarian albeit a poor one. Their salt and pepper calamari made with deep fried king oyster mushrooms are crave worthy. A must order everytime.
Their shaken beef (bo luc lac) could almost trick heavy carnivores because their marinade is legit yummy central.
Vegetarians and meat eaters alike could find something to satiate their appetite.
